Secondly why must there be a conflict between The Changcuters Ori Song and Other old bands which u may have or have not heard about it..
plagiarism = imitation
if some of you doesnt know the meaning of it :)
but do everyone of you ever thought about influences?
well from my point of view..if u start to compare between one band and another..
and you even think thier music/song are alike..
wouldnt it be just coincidence? or maybe influence..
but the Changcuters and other english band and etc?
were said of imitate by other band. is sure NONO for me.
let say you make a song with your own talent..thinking and even sweat.
and suddenly people accuse you of imitate of other band original song.
how does it actually feels?
im sure how many musician out there had been influences by other musician?
i pick this sentence from Qibil which is from didin blog. Which i really salute about it!

Translation: There no plagiarism in song. we make music with the flow and most importantly we do not lie to our ownself.
and lastly chords/notes are free to use by many people.but it will be really unique and different when u put hardwork on the tempo and being true to yourself and the music :)this is from my point of view.i may be wrong or right..this is just what i feel ^.^ vlili-changcut!
